Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill (for example, a print selling out at the workshop).

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped tracked. Typical delivery is 6-10 business days to the US, 6-12 to Europe and 7-14 to Israel. Customs duties, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Full details on the shipping and returns page.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn pairs with tags can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at abusive rates, or submit fraudulent orders. We may refuse service where we suspect fraud.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.
