Who we are

Blazin' Fruity Underwear ("we") operates this store. For any privacy question or request, email hello@blazingfruity.com.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping address and the items you bought - needed to fulfill and support your order.
• Newsletter data: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Analytics and advertising data: only with your consent (see below).

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies keep your cart and admin sessions working and are always on. With your consent - given through the cookie banner - we additionally load:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measures ad performance and builds advertising audiences. Events: page views, product views, add to cart, checkout start, purchases.
• Google tag (Google): measures Google Ads conversions and site usage, using Consent Mode.
• PostHog (EU-hosted): product analytics that helps us improve the store.

Choosing "Essential only" keeps all three off. You can clear your choice by deleting site data in your browser; the banner will ask again.

Legal bases and your rights

We process order data to perform a contract with you, and marketing data based on your consent. Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/EEA, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, CCPA in California), you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time - email us and we will act within 30 days.

Retention and sharing

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. We share shipping details with fulfillment partners solely to deliver your order, and we never sell personal data.

Discretion

All orders ship in plain packaging with a neutral sender name and a generic customs description ("apparel").
