Shipping rates and times

Every order ships with tracking. Orders over $40 ship free everywhere we deliver.

• United States: $4.90, 6-10 business days
• Europe (UK, DE, FR, NL, ES, IT, SE, DK, IE, BE, AT, PT, FI, PL): $5.90, 6-12 business days
• Israel: $5.90, 7-14 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the workshop.

Discreet packaging

Plain packaging, neutral sender name, generic customs description. Nobody knows what is inside except you.

30-day fit swap

Wrong size? Unworn pairs with tags exchange free within 30 days of delivery - we send the new size as soon as you confirm the swap by email. Prefer a refund? Unworn pairs with tags are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Hygiene policy

Worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If a pair arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included - a photo by email is all we need.
